Returns Policy

 

1. How to Return Items:

• Items can be returned either in-store or by post.

2. Timeframe for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Returns outside this timeframe may be refused.

3. Condition of Goods:

To qualify for a refund or exchange under our policy, all items must:

1. Be in re-saleable condition, meaning:

• Undamaged and unused.
• In their original, undamaged packaging.
• Unprimed (if applicable) and complete with seals and fitting/gasket kit

1. Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Unsatisfactory Returns:

We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the refund in the following cases:

• If the packaging is damaged or dirty, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.

• Items returned in an unsatisfactory condition may be sent back to you at your expense.
