1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and installing the turbocharger, customers agree to these terms and conditions of sale.

 

2. Labour and Inspection

We recommend refraining from arranging labour with a mechanic until the goods are delivered and inspected. We are not responsible for any consequential costs, including cancellation fees from mechanics or garages, due to delivery delays.

 

3. Warranty Coverage

The warranty does not include labour costs or any expenses related to replacing a faulty turbocharger.

4. Return of Old Turbocharger

    • The old turbocharger must be returned within 21 days of purchase in complete condition
    • The actuator must be in complete condition, with its plug unbroken and undamaged.
    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs of the old unit.
    • Failure to return the old unit as part of the exchange process will void the warranty on the new turbocharger.

5. Warranty Coverage:

Turbochargers come with a 24-month warranty, covering the turbocharger unit only.

6. The warranty does not cover:

Labour Costs: Expenses related to installation or removal.

Ancillary Charges: Costs such as vehicle hire, removal, and refitting.

Consequential Damage: Any damage to the engine or vehicle caused by a failed turbocharger.

Note: We strongly recommend having safety-critical parts installed by trained automotive professionals. We are not liable for any malfunction, damage, or injury caused by improper installation.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), ensuring compliance with data protection laws. We safeguard your personal data and respect your privacy.

All products are quality checked before shipping to ensure they meet our standards.

Product Accuracy
We take all reasonable steps to ensure product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate at the time of entry into our system.

Damaged Products
Claims for products damaged during transit must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Please email photos of the packaging and damaged parts (sales@atomcarparts.co.uk)
