1. Exchange Basis
All Turbochargers and Fuel Injectors are sold on Exchange Basis. It means that we need to receive your old/broken unit.
If you are not able to deliver your old/broken unit before transaction please add the returnable deposit at checkout.
The deposit will be returned immediately after receiving the old/broken unit by us.
Deposit prices are different for each unit.
The old turbocharger should be returned within 21 days from the transaction. The unit must be in complete condition and if it comes with the electronic actuator, then it’s plug must not be broken.
We do not cover shipping costs for the old unit. You will have to cover your old unit shipment costs from your own expenses.
2. Delivery
We would like to offer Free Next Day Delivery for all Turbochargers & Fuel Injector to UK mainlands (if ordered and paid by 2 p.m. on a working day). For Turbo Gaskets and Fitting Kits, we use Royal Mail First Class Service.
All other countries please refer to the shipping price list at checkout.
For international delivery we use only Standard Delivery service which should take:
Europe 1-3 days,
International 3-7 days,
Delivery times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and bank holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
3. Warranty
The Turbochargers and Fuel injectores come with a 24-months warranty for Turbo/Injector only.
Warranty does not cover:
-labour costs
-money refunds
-ancillary charges such as removal and refitting/hire of vehicles etc.
-any damage caused to engine or vehicle by a failed turbocharger.
4. Returning the Old/Broken Turbo
The old turbocharger should be returned within 21 days from the transaction. The unit must be in complete condition and if it comes with the electronic actuator, then it’s plug must not be broken. We do not cover shipping costs of the old unit. You will have to cover your old unit shipment costs from your own expenses. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the warranty of the new turbocharger.
