Eligible Atom Car Parts products are supplied with a 24-month commercial warranty, subject to these Warranty Terms and any product-specific warranty information supplied with the product.
Our commercial warranty is additional to your statutory consumer rights and does not replace or restrict those rights.
Subject to inspection and compliance with the applicable warranty conditions, the warranty covers eligible defects affecting the component supplied by Atom Car Parts during the warranty period.
Where a valid commercial warranty claim is confirmed, the normal warranty remedy is repair or replacement of the supplied component.
Automotive components should be installed in accordance with the applicable vehicle and component manufacturer’s procedures.
Before installing a replacement component, any existing vehicle fault that caused or contributed to the failure of the previous component should be identified and corrected.
If you believe there is a problem with the supplied component, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where continuing to drive or operate the vehicle could cause further damage, the vehicle should not continue to be used until the issue has been investigated.

Where necessary, the supplied component may need to be returned for inspection and/or testing.

We will advise you of the outcome after the assessment has been completed.
Our commercial warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by external factors, incorrect installation, misuse or other issues not resulting from a defect in the product supplied.

Our commercial warranty covers the component supplied and does not include reimbursement of third-party labour, removal or refitting costs, vehicle hire, recovery charges, loss of use or other associated costs.
This exclusion applies to our commercial warranty only and does not affect any costs or remedies you may be entitled to recover under your statutory consumer rights.
Where a valid commercial warranty claim is accepted, we will arrange the appropriate repair or replacement under the commercial warranty.
Where inspection indicates that the reported failure was caused by an external factor or another warranty exclusion, we will explain the outcome.
This 24-month commercial warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
Nothing in these Warranty Terms affects your legal rights in relation to products that are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet the requirements of your purchase.
