Returning the Old/Broken Turbo
When you ready to send the old/broken turbo, please send it to:
Atom Car Parts LTD.
The old turbocharger should be returned within 21 days from the transaction. The unit must be in complete condition and if it comes with the electronic actuator, then it’s plug must not be broken. We do not cover shipping costs of the old unit. You will have to cover your old unit shipment costs from your own expenses.
Goods can either be returned to store or by post.
We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within 30 days of delivery.
In order to qualify for our refunds policy, all Items must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unprimed and complete with all tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned that are not in a re-saleable condition. Goods returned in an unsatisfactory and not in a re-saleable condition may be returned to you at your expense.
Goods must be returned with your original receipt and be in the condition that they ware purchased.
The Turbocharger comes with a 24-months warranty for Turbo only.
Warranty does not cover:
-ancillary charges such as removal and refitting/hire of vehicles etc.
-any damage caused to engine or vehicle by a failed turbocharger.
